I cannot tell you how much we recommend Nick and Scout Real Estate.  We were referred to Nick from a friend, and really had no idea where to start.  We had a house we needed to sell, one house that we really wanted and lack of funds at our fingertips.  Nick walked us through every step and explained the process.  He met with us often to answer any of our questions (and we had a lot!).  The buying of our new house turned out to have a lot of ups and downs, and he negotiated with the sellers to truly get us the best deal.  He was there to help us get quotes and ideas to go back to the sellers with and stood up for us with attorneys every step of the way.  As for selling our home, we had an offer  within two weeks, and he helped us to negotiate to the point that we got nearly full asking price. He is meticulous and found issues that even our lawyer didn’t catch before closing.  We are so happy in our new home and Nick is a huge reason why.
